In 45 seconds by elevator you can get to the very top of the UFO restaurant, where is an open-air outlook place. From the height of 95m you can enjoy the view till the distance of 100km.

History and nowadays

UFO tower has been built just above the New bridge, which is actually the 7th biggest hanging bridge in the world and incredibly shapes the panorama of Bratislava. It was built in the 70s and has been voted the building of the century in Slovakia. In 2005 the restaurant was reopened and the new open-air outlook place and two modern bars was added.

Get there by public transport

The closet tram and bus station is located just arund 3-5 minutes by walk from tower and is called "Nový most". It is one of the central public transport stations in city, so you can get here from almost any direction. From here you just take the pedestrian path right under the bridge and it will lead you to the tower. Or you can get off on the Aupark bus stop when you go from Petržalka direction.

Get there by foot

It is easily accessible from every direction. When going from the city center, use the pedestrian path under the New bridge to get there. When going from Petržalka side, for example from Aupark, follow the Panónska cesta road and then go down the stairs to the Viedenská cesta street. You can easily navigate there as UFO tower is one of the highest points in Bratislava.

Get there by car

After the Prístavný most bridge exit the highway in direction to Einsteinova. After the complex of buildings called Incheba turn right in direction to Viedenská cesta. In a few minutes you arrive just under the New bridge, where is the parking place.

It's funny you telling me that. I got a message from Anika confirming a reservation I made for 14:00 h on June 6th.
Could you explain me which information is correct?

I did not find any reservation form on their website http://u-f-o.sk/ . Maybe it is possible to reserv, but it is not necessary.

The restaurant is absolutely amazing!! Best salmon I have ever had in my life!! The stairs going up to the outlook point have some geometric mind game thing going on, so you feel unlevel, but when you get up there, it's a wonderful feeling!! Totally worth it!! If you're from London, it's the same price like a mid-ranged restaurant, but compared to other restaurants in Bratislava, can be seen as expensive.

What do you mean? The outlook tower is brilliant with the views. The restaurant is also delicious, but a bit more expensive :)
